Which languages are supported?
The app interface supports English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Translation availability varies by tool, language and device.
Can I use TravelPanda without a network connection?
On compatible devices, the optional Offline Kit supports selected menu and face-to-face conversation translation scenarios. Download and test it before your trip. Availability varies by device and language, and may require a membership or in-app purchase. Online itinerary planning, search and AI chat still need an internet connection.
How does TravelPanda use my location?
Location is requested only when a nearby answer needs it. You can allow it once, choose a city manually, or continue without sharing your current position.
How do I manage or delete my data?
You can manage privacy controls inside the app and request account deletion through the TravelPanda account support portal.
